The ASE Fourteenth General Assembly Meeting

Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) held its Fourteenth  General Assembly Meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2013. The meeting was headed by Dr. Safwan Toukan the Chairman of the Board of Directors, in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors,  the Acting CEO of the ASE Mr. Nader Azar and representatives of Jordan Securities Commission(JSC). During the meeting, they discussed the report of the Board of Directors on the activities of the ASE for the year 2012 and its future plan; the participants listened to the Auditor's Report including the balance sheet, final statements of account, and the financial position. Moreover, they discussed the annual balance sheet, the income statement, and the statement of cash flows for the ASE. The financial statements for the year ending December 31st, 2012 were also endorsed.
