ASE and IFC Honor the Winners of the " Jordan Diversity Trailblazer Award 2026"
The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, organized the " Jordan Diversity Trailblazer Award 2026" ceremony at the ASE premises, with the aim of honoring leading Jordanian organizations that have successfully implemented diversity and inclusion practices, and increased women's participation in the workforce, and enhanced their opportunities for professional growth, and demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering diverse workplaces and supporting women.
In his opening remarks, the CEO of the ASE, Mazen Wathaifi, said that the award reflects the ASE’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote sustainability and corporate responsibility and consolidate the principles of diversity and inclusion in the Jordanian business environment. He also stressed that the ASE, in cooperation with the IFC through this initiative, encourages Jordanian organizations to develop their policies and practices related to diversity and inclusion, in line with the best international standards and contributing to the promotion of sustainable economic and social development in the Kingdom.
For his part, IFC Country head for Jordan Marcel Rached said: “Institutional policies that create a work environment that attracts and retains talent are a fundamental pillar of economic growth. We are pleased to partner with the Amman Stock Exchange for the second year in a row to recognize private sector companies that continue to expand employment opportunities, improve workplace practices, and drive human resource development, especially for women.
During the ceremony, the winners of the current edition of the award were honored. Integrated International for Research and Consultancy Services received the Diamond Award, while the Jordan Ahli Bank won the Gold Award. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Jordan received the Silver Award, and Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. was presented with the Bronze Award. In addition, Al Saeed Foundation was granted the Special Excellence Award in the non-profit organization category in recognition of its efforts to advance diversity and inclusion.
It is worth mentioning that the ceremony came as a culmination of the second edition of the award, which was launched in 2025 to highlight companies and institutions that adopt policies and practices promoting equality and equal opportunity, while contributing to the creation of quality and sustainable employment opportunities for women in Jordan.
The 2026 edition attracted 50 applications from Jordanian organizations representing a wide range of economic sectors, including information technology and telecommunications, industry and energy, financial and banking services, professional and legal services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, food, tourism, services, and media. This strong participation reflects the continued commitment of Jordan's private sector to fostering inclusive workplaces and advancing gender equality.
