The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) and the Arab Federation of Capital Markets (AFCM), in cooperation with Arqaam Capital, organized a two-day training program on "Investor Relations", held on June 23-24, 2026, at the ASE's headquarters. The program was attended by participants from listed companies at ASE as well as members of the Federation. The training was delivered by Samah Ragab and Paolo Casamassima from Arqaam Capital. The program aimed to provide a comprehensive and strategic overview of investor relations, focusing on how IR functions can drive enterprise value beyond compliance. It also explored the full IR ecosystem, including capital market dynamics, stakeholder engagement, and the alignment between corporate strategy and market expectations.

The program covered a wide range of topics, most notably communication strategies and crisis management from an investor relations perspective. It also featured practical case studies and real-life examples faced by various companies, enabling participants to strengthen investor confidence, reinforce their organizations' market positions, and support their ability to generate sustainable value, through a mix of frameworks, practical tools, and interactive exercises. Participants gained the skills needed to build and implement effective investor relations programs, craft a compelling investment theses, manage regulatory requirements, and deliver clear, impactful communications.
